Until now, only parts up to 3500 mm long could be coated, which led to many cancellations of larger orders. That was the most import point for the construction of a new hall. The other criteria for new technology decisions are:
- Maximum coating quality and safety,
- Chrome-and solvent-free cleaning,
- Work safety in the special environment of the workshops,
- Structural dimensions of the components,
- Evaporate or neutralize wastewater.
After the discussions about possible expansions of the product line it was decided on following extensions of the plant components:
- Maximum length 6.500 mm, Maximum height 1800 mm, Maximum depth of 1200 mm (figure 1.4), Maximum weight of parts to be coated 300Kg,
- Pre treatment with pickling and passivation for aluminum, steel and galvanized parts,
- Two new ovens; a dry oven directly heated, as baked oven indirectly heated,
- The environmentally friendly disposal of effluents.
