HOT The company has two new kilns and a drying an curing which have the following characteristics:
- 7m long and 3.2 m wide (outside)
- 3 transport rails inside the ovens
The difference between dry oven and the curing oven is that the dry oven is directly heated.
The drying oven is used at about 110 °C in order to dry parts which were washed in pre-treatment.
Curing oven can be used between 140°C- 210°C. in curing oven the powder melts and flow over the surface of the substrate to be coated.
Besides these two new furnaces the company has an old furnace which is used in the process, measures of the kilns are 4m long and 3 wide.
